Farm to Table: Salsa

To put it simply, salsa is a combination of a few basic ingredients such as chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, cilantro, salt and a squeeze or two of lime juice. Salsa in itself is delicious, nutritious and a great way to use your farm to table ingredients.

Salsa is versatile and has the adaptability to transform many a dish. When you are in the mood for salsa think outside the box. This is a great way to satisfy your taste buds with a low calorie side dish or main dish for that matter.
